So how hard is it for a n00b to weld this all together?

This is quite the undertaking of a project. Without the right tools this could be a nightmare. If you aren't 110% confident of your welding capabilities I wouldn't even think about attempting it. Other than that its pretty straight forward. Took us a day and 1/2 to install it, and that was dicking around, taking pics, playing with the forklift, etc.

Awesome.
I'm thinking of having my uncle and cousin help me do mine as they know how to weld a lot better then me. How much set up time is there?

Looks awesome though.

The shop technically belongs to "Freelance Staging" in Thomasville but we have it to our disposal. It is quite nice, especially with the forklift, huge bay doors, chop saws, huge welders, etc.

Re: Urban Assault Vehicle

Went wheeling today to test out the new suspension. Wow, this thing is so cushy driving down these harsh gravel shelf roads. Also I was flying through the majority of the trails because it was so soft and I wasn't hearing the typical pops, bangs, and cracks. Charlie (spykosshow) went with me in his Yota along with Ren (dell30rb) in his ZJ. All in all in was a great shake-down run. I still have alot of trimming to do.

That is so cool to make a change like that in such a short time,
