Is this the same "Harlan" that everyone talks about -- I thought it was just a public trail system and not a "park"? Or is this an offroad park that just happens to be in Harlan, KY?

Yea man there are trails for everybody, seriously. Its a great place to wheel, even stockers have a good time. Its a fun place to wheel, hope you will come up and wheel with us.
