Wishing you built your fenders higher yet?
what tire did you pick?
oh my bad ass
It looks like I gained about 3" of clearance at the belly. I must've measured that 17" when the 37's were at 6psi. I measured now and my belly is at 20.5" with the 40's at 15psi.
I cant believe you could stand to take your beadlocks apart again already, I have some 36's to put on with my new claytons, but I can't make myself dive into my 2 month old beadlocks again. To many dam bolts....plus i got the flame beadlocks so I bled a good bit doing it.

6 to midnight. Just like Maxx said.
So what's the new GVWR with the 40s?
Looks good
Damn you all.
Just got back from Moab with the family. DAMN GOOD TIME! (as always). Found out that there is a HUGE difference between stickies and non. I love the new height and the 40's...but I miss the sticky factor for sure.
Met MaxxX.....he's alright haha. Let him tag along on a night run on Hell's Revenge with a buddy and I. Nothing too hard. Did Mickey's Hot Tub and Escalator.
Anyways, Saturday we ran out to Area BFE and hit up Lock Jaw and then I decided I really wanted to do Britney Spears.
Good hell....Britney Spears is a BITCH! Britney Spears is a /\ shaped trail about 200 yards up the right side and then back down the left. The left is easy...the right....well that shit is pretty crazy.
She denied me. BUT I'd be willing to bet that this is the farthest anyone in a grocery getter has ever made it LOL.
Started off good. First two obstacles aren't bad at all. Don't have pics of those.
Then I got to the main part of the trail. We figured if I was able to get around the MASSIVE boulder on the left side, the rest wasn't too bad. WOW were we wrong.
Burned about a quart of oil in the process.
This is about where I felt that my front tire was just about to start coming back down and level me out...
Then my rear passenger tire lost it's grip on the sidewall...
and this is where I found out that the front end wasn't going to drop back down again and level out.
Winched myself back down thanks to one of the many large boulders up there.
I was in the zone...or I was staring at the mouse on my cage...not sure.
2 1/2 hours later with the help of my winch (and my dad/brothers/friends) I made it back out!
Then went back down the backside.
All I can say is besides the length of recovery time, that was a damn fun trail! I also need a more nimble vehicle. A "full-bodied" Grand Cherokee isn't ideal for this haha
Sunday we decided to run Green Day...and I wanted to try my luck at Suicide Hill.
SUICIDE HILL.........
Now...I could lie and say that I made it since it's really hard to see the strap in that last picture, but I won't do that haha. My front kept sliding to the passenger side and I really didn't feel like flopping. I tried hitting it once and it slide me too close to the edge attempt again since I couldn't back up at all.
The next time I try this I need to aim at the tree on the driver side until I'm further up the hill. I cut passenger too early and the ledge my front passenger tire was trying to climb was about 3 1/2 feet tall.

I want close ups of the damage..
leaky wheel seal?
The ZJ is still in Moab so I can't take any close ups. Not much damage at all actually. Just a few dents and I busted out the rear window.
No...that's oil from the exhaust. The entire underside of the Jeep was covered haha.
You need to start cutting shit off. (Just like I do).
Chad
Area BFE is fun!
Awsum pic's and a scenery I can only dream off, lucky you.
Damn man that looks like a hell of a time! Making me jealous too lol. I need to get my ass back out to moab
very awesome.
I got a question. In this sitiuation, which has the advantage based on the wheel base?
His did (the YJ). I didn't make that line lol.
I was hitting both ledges with all 4 tires and it would just throw me straight up and back. He only had to hit the front ledge with 2 tires and was able to slide around on the back ledge until his fronts got traction to pull him up.

I'd put the advantage with the wrangler. Tylers hitting both ledges at the same time, while the wrangler was able to get the rears up before the front hit
