We should hit BVORR the weekend before this was planned. on the 20th.

that way I can go to the Texas Mile hah

Would anyone be down for a trip to Clayton instead? It won't exactly be grand slam Texas but what ever hah

Re: Spring Creek, TX: Winter Run (aka GST 2.0)

Bah, fuckin tree huggers. Giving them a 2 days notice was really helpful..

Well onto a new plan, I'd love to go to Clayton (just call it GSSouth ha) but that's way too far to make right now.. plus I doubt the heep would be able to survive it. We can do BVORR some weekend, can either ride with Tx4wd or just go on our own time. We just gotta get at least 2-3 to for sure go or else he won't let us in... and we gotta make sure we go when it's not raining or else Steve will close the park..

I know a guy with a 900hp STi who may be running it.. That or he wants to go to the Supra Nationals or what ever down at hennesseys track in Houston the weekend before it.

The Chevy will hit the 100mph limiter, I did that on 290 Comin home from Houston. No point in wasting a bunch of gas if I know what i'll do in the mile

Another place could be Boulder Creek (or Hiddenfalls Adventureland or whatever it's called now) near Marble Falls, just depends on how far you Houston guys are willing to go.

Its not thatttt bad. I'm sure Jon would be willing to house a few people for a night

Camping out there is always fun and I can probably rally a few people from another group to come up.

DUDE! I actually saw him the last time i had my Ranger out there!

He had some cute toob doors on his Taco. Luckily my Ranger Wasn't out at Gilmer that day so he didn't recognize it and it was dark so he couldn't really see my face.

would we camp out there? 3 hours from CS one way is a pretty long drive for a day trip.

nvm, Google is on crack as usual.. 2 hours each way isn't as bad.

From Roland:

Quote:
There are no words to describe how I feel. Sad day. I will be packing, sorting, selling, and moving stuff for the next few months. I am buying a few acres near Coldspring and will be building a house there. Gonna be real busy for the next few years.
I will miss my friends and my place, but will remember all the great times we've had here.
Thanks to all who supported us, we'll see you out on the trail somewhere in the future....
