Ok guys.. here is what you all have been waiting for... i finally have pricing and release dates!!
We will have the 1st run available around the 17th of July (3 weeks from now).
Retail price is going to be $1311. I know it sounds expensive, but there is a lot of time invested into making this sucker, and time costs money. It is by far the best bumper on the market for a WJ, so you get what you pay for.All of the outer edges will be sanded smooth, so you won't see any welds.
I am going to do an introdution price to you guys only, for $895, which is over 30% off. But you have to order it direct from LSR or Kevin's Offroad before July 10th, to get that price, and be apart of the 1st run.
The bumper will have to ship truck freight, so contact them for shipping quotes, or it can be picked up in Mesa, AZ.
Check out the website for more info about the bumper. Its features, what winches fit etc. http://www.lsracing.com/view_gallery.php?gallery_id=9
Powdercoat finish is also available, normally $150 for a 2 coat color, and the into price will be $100.
Unfortunatly, this bumper won't be offered in a kit form. There are way to many negatives involved with doing it that way. That is why pretty much no other products are available that way. Also, no CAD files will be sold either. I wish i could, but there are just too many dishonest people in the world that will take advantage of it.
Kevin's Off Road is also a dealer for the bumper as well, so you can also purchase it through him, if you prefer. And once the 10th passes, they will never sell for that cheap again, so if you want it, i suggest you take advantage of this special price!
Installation requires minor trimming of front sheet metal hidden behind the bumper, and for 99-00 Limited and Overlands, the factory facia (bumper) will have to be cut with a knife to be removed from the grill. All other models don't require a modification. It takes less than an hour with trimming!
You can call 800-457-7223 to order the bumper, or send me a PM. Or contact Kevin's Offroad at 602-841-3355
Thanks!

Kevin's Offroad is also offering the special intro pricing until the 10th, so you can order direct from them as well. 602-841-3355
Thanks!
Greg
I had the chance to test fit the bumper to an 01 Limited before we start to build the fixtures to make sure its all good....
Here is a shot of the trimming i had to do.. The whole install took 1 hour, and that included putting his stock bumper back on.. so its pretty simple.
I just wanted to remind everyone that you have a couple days left for the intro price!
Now is your chance to save a lot of coin if your looking for a great bumper!
A big thanks to the guys who have already placed orders!
I can definitely attest to a great looking and built bumper!
I am doing a custom grill guard for a customer. I will post up pics when its finished.
He wanted extra protection from wildlife while on the highway.
That reminded me of this thread for some reason....

Here are some shots of a wrinkle black powdercoat we just finished. I think this stuff looks cool, and will hide the imperfections and scratches you will get from heavy trail use down the road.
Thing looks amazing.
I finally got some pics of the 1st one we shipped out.. Check it out:
ooooh shiny. Looks better than the damn new fiberglass bumper, AND it is better in that it is not fiberglass.
That bumper actully makes the WJ look nicer, I usually hate em.
I want a WJ now.
here is a post i am pulling from another thread i started from a customer who just installed his bumper. This one was powdercoated flat black, and had a grill guard added:
""""My bumper arrived on Friday and I installed it yesterday.
It was a bit of a challenge doing a one man install, but with the use of a high-lift, a floor jack, two jack stands, and two saw horses/cargo straps I pulled it off. The trick was to elevate the bumper first, and then drive the WJ right up to it. It wasn't unlike backing a hitch ball into the hitch, only doing it going forward. The design was great and it fit on the first try (admittedly a bit on the tight side, but that is a good thing). Also, please ignore that obvious empty spot where the winch should be, I'll be picking that up soon.
Here it is with the brush guard option:
There were a few things I did above and beyond the LoneStar instructions.
First, my WJ started out life as an UpCountry model so it came with the factory skid plates (such as they are). To fit the bumper the factory front skid must be removed and can't be reinstalled since the new bumper brackets now interfere. To solve this I cut out a 1\4 thick "washer" using a small hole saw and flattened one side so that now it looks more like the letter D than round. This was enough of a spacer around the mounting bolt so now the factory skid bolts right in and bears against both the spacer and the bumper mount. I hope I described this well enough, it is the one thing I didn't get a picture of.
Second, I wanted to keep the factory inner fender liners but they are way too big with the new bumper installed.
They also lost all of the attachement points from the factory bumper so were flopping all over. At Kragen I found a clone of the factory plastic fasteners
I also found an unused metal tab on the factory sheet metal
I drilled a 1/4" hole in the fender liner and the tab in the factory sheet metal and then enlarged the fender liner hole to 3/8" and one of the Kragen fasteners popped right in.
That took care of the flopping around, now for some trimming. I used a Dremel with a cut-off wheel, but in hind sight a pair of shears might have been an easier solution. Once cut the liners fit the new bumper pretty well.
The third thing I found out that was a really lucky break was that I didn't have to do any new wiring for the lights. The UpCountry WJ package comes with the factory fog lights. I had assumed that they were pretty low power and that I would have to run new wiring for the Pro Comp 55s. Once I had them out, howerver, I found that the stock lights were 51 Watts vs. the 55 watt rating of the new lights. This is close enough that there wasn't any issue simply splicing the new lights into the wiring for the old factory lights.
All in all I am totally happy with this bumper. Greg and crew are awesome to deal with and it is a super quality product.

I had the chance to snap some photos mid way through the fabrication of one of the bumpers, just show the quality of this bumper. Its insane how these guys weld!
I have no doubts this is one of the highest quality bumpers on the market!

Here is a response i just got back from a customer:
Greg,
Got the Incline bumper in Friday evening and wheeled all day Saturday and throughout the night.
All the good action pics are on my friend's camera but here is a shot of the bumper.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality, performance, and ease of installation. It is one tough SOB. Thirty minutes into the trails, one of our guys completely rolled his Toyota, I winched him back over, no problem. Did a lot of rescue winching throughout the day and the bumper held steady even pulling fullsize rigs. The approach angles is also great. I bashed the bumper several times but the thick wall material took a beating nicely with only some minor cosmetic abrasions.
Thanks,
Jon A
Just wanted to let everyone know, we have 1 Incline Bumper in stock right now. It can ship in one business day, and can be powdercoated in about 3 business days. So now is your chance to get one, with hardly no wait!
Thx,
Greg
Do you guys Rhino line as well??? What would shipping be for Pomona, Ca (91767).
We don't do the rhino line in house.. we would have to pay the same price you would, so i would suggest you get it done local. Shipping would be right around $200 for residential delivery. Rates change all the time, so i can't get you an exact price, until your ready to order. We still have one in stock right now.
Thanks,
Greg
Is the powder coat color matched? I know in one of the previous post it stated something along those lines.
