GSMW 2009 @ the Badlands!

WHAT:
Grand Slam - Mid West
WHERE:
Badlands Off-road Park, Attica Indiana
WHO:
Any one who wants to attend! You are encouraged to bring a Grand Cherokee, however other models are accepted as long as you are ready to have fun! In the future when this event gets more attention, there might need to be some restrictions. However that is a long way off. This is a family oriented event, feel free to bring younger kids to the park.
WHEN: Grand Slam Mid-West will be held:

Friday will be for arriving and to get settled in. Saturday we will be wheeling all day. Saturday night hopefully we can get some food going and we can do some prizes. Sunday will be bonus wheeling, some people can stick around while others may have to head off toward home.

Places to Stay:

I have stayed at The Attica Inn (which no longer seems to have a website, the number is (765) 762-3699) and the Attica Family Campground ( http://www.atticacamping.com/ ). The Inn is nice, ask for the Badlands discount, and is located within a quick 10 min drive from the park entrance. The campground is were many have stayed, it is a very nice campground and it located at the entrance of the Badlands Park.

Tim, you realize this is Memorial Day Weekend!!! In the past the park has been more empty, any idea how busy they will be this weekend?

I was thinking this was the weekend BEFORE Memorial Day at first, I might be able to make it!!!!!


I guess i should stop by here more and keep up to date.......................
