After an off road accident I will no longer be able to make it to GSW. I am now in rehab in vallejo CA. I was up on a trail that was too small for the rig I was driving and things got hairry and had to turn around. The snow was melting and turning to ice under the trees and one thing let to another and I woke up in the ICU. Truck went end over end down a 500 ft cliff and I was out cold in the snow for 2 and a half hours till another off roader saw my truck from another trail. I shaddered my T13-14 and can no longer use anything from my waist down. So for now I guess GSW has gotta wait. Guys have fun and be safe!!
crap man, sorry to hear about your accident!!I really need to look into getting a cage soon, these unitbodys are not the best in a roll over
hopefully you will eventually be able to get in a rig with a hand throttle/controls or something.

Wishes for a speedy recovery!
Wow wow wow- I'm glad you're alive, and I'm praying for a safe and speedy recovery.
You should get an RC Jeeps so you can wheel with us in spirit.
Wow, glad that you are alive. Don't quit, keep up with the progress. Hope to see you driving on the trail soon.

Thanks guys, its tuff but I know I gotta keep going. I was checking into hand controls today, even tho I'm still in rehab I still gotta think about things to do when I get out. Im not going to let this stop me from going off road I love it and would not let a little screw up stop me from doing somthing I love. Thanks for all the support guys! Ill post up some pics of the rig when I get a chance.
Cue-Ball, yea thats me!!!!
There is a guy here in SLC named Clay Egan who drives in the UROC pro series and is paralyzed from the waist down. He uses a specialized hand throttle/brake setup to drive. I can get you his contact information if you like.
