If I only run one upper and one of the bolts break my axle is going to do a complete somerault and rip off everything in the process. I like the added security of running both uppers. Ripping uppers off doesn't happen often, but it does happen, just ask Matt.

That seems logical, this thing has PLENTY of flex to start off with.

Trimmed one of the rear fenders last night. It came out... meh. But at least I got rid of the rusted abused parts. My rear corner panels have taken a beating the last couple of years. I only got to one because it was freezing outside when the sun went down.

Also got a waggy steering box, cleaned it up, ran some steering fluid through it. I hope it works alright, it looked like it had been sitting in the ocean for a few years. Noob question: Is it possible to turn a steering box by hand? The pitman are doesn't budge, I just don't want to go to the trouble of installing it and its frozen up. Anyway, here are the pics.

Going to make a 1/4" plate to sandwich the frame rail and steering box. I don't want to rip the ears off of this thing like everyone else does. Mocking up the plate with an aluminum sheet.

    Looking good Elliot,

I think I am going to need to address my steering box sooner than later, looks like it is starting to leak.
