ZJ Tube doors v2.0

Finally got around to making the second gen tube doors that I had talked about in the past. After a few small hang ups, and a few different latch setups, I have finally found a great slam latch that works with the ZJ strikers! So now I can start producing these as 100% BOLT IN doors. No swapping the striker like in the past.

1.5" HREW tube construction
1/2" Heims act as adjustable smooth swing hinges
slam latches work with the stock striker plate, and do not rattle! They also have a small tab to act as a handle to open the door. you can use one finger, they open that EASY!

These doors bolt to the jeep using the 4 bolts already holding the stock doors on. I can swap out both front doors for tube doors, in under 10 minutes easy.

Price is $285 per PAIR + shipping. All doors will come to you bare metal.

I just finally realized the price was 285 a pair! Which is very sad I have looked at this thread like 8-10 times debating if I wanted to drop 600 on tube doors. How much to send them to the Springs 80922?

Rear doors are in the works, but currently not for sale. I'm having some dificulty trying to come up with an original design, that still compliments the front doors. Look fror the rear doors in the coming months before summer.

Turnaround time is down to about 5-7 days from order to shipment. Have all materials in stock, ready to build and ship them out whenever. Keep the orders coming!

where is the tab that opens the door?

is it up foward? or is it near the back...

i cant stand it when the latch is at he back of the door like the soft doors on the HMMWV's..... i allways end up sticking my hand out the window to open it.

It's on the inside toward the strike latch Andy. No handle on the outside. It's really ready to open and close. Much easier than a HMMWV.
