    Thank you.

I will keep it updated, I just need to put some time in to finalize the designs before they're ready for display and right now time is a little sparse.

Made my to do list before GSW:

    *Install LS6 intake
*Finish the A/C - last year SUCKED in 105* and black leather with no A/C
*Install the tach signal and crusie control adapter - I'm having a custom PCB board made, so waiting for that
    *Front and rear bumpers
    *New rock sliders
*Going to lower it to 4.5" lift - I was planning on going to 35", but the tires I have right now are in good shape and I just can't justify buying a new set. So if anyone has a set of RE 4.5" rear springs for sale, I'll take them. The irony is that I had 4.5" springs and I sold them to BigClay haha

Got more parts on the way for the intake swap. Finally I have to give credit to my girlfriend, for our one year anniversary she bought me weld on clevis tabs for my front and rear bumper from A to Z Fab. She talked to Shinobi and he told her what to get. That's an awesome gf.

    I collect Jeeps.

Looks like a doable list man. Interested in hearing more about the cruise and tach adapter. Im also interested in the sotp reaction to the intake switch. Are you gonna have it retuned?

That depends on what type of bulb those housings use. The housings I chose used H1 bulbs I believe, so I purchased H1 HIDs.

I'll post an install once I get the circuit boards back and all soldered up an programmed. It's not going to be for a couple of weeks. The cruise adapter portion is pretty cool but it is tailored for my drive by wire setup, I'm not sure how your engine handles cruise control. Mine is really easy, the throttle actuator control TAC module has a couple of wires that control cruise that you just supply 12V to for the different functions. So I take the signal that went to the old Jeep ECU from the steering wheel controls, run that into my circuit, interpret the command and the switch on and off the wires going to the TAC.

I want to get it tuned, but I'd rather wait until after the cam swap, but that's not going to happen before GSW. I'm only planning on getting it tuned before then if after the swap I have idle or driveablilty issues.

Yea mine is the old cable and servo type cruise so it should be rather easy to adapt it over. We'll see. I would think part throttle drivability may be slightly affected but the gm pcm is relatively intellegent and should be able to adapt fairly well. Just disconnect the batt when you do it so it goes into relearn mode.

I made some progress on the water pump spacers today. Instead of paying a shop to do it I decided to do it myself. I'm far from an experienced machinist, probably done a half dozen pieces before this. It would be very difficult to machine the perimeter of these spacers with normal clamps in place so I made a sacrificial piece to bolt the blanks to. Today I machined the blanks to .75" thick and drilled all the through holes. Tomorrow I'm going to use the Accurite and load in the DXF from my Solid Works model to machine the perimeter and coolant passages. I'm making 2 pairs, enough for the Polar Bear now and the Rock Limo when I do it's engine swap down the road. These will be going out to be hard annodized black with the next batch at work this week.

    I collect Jeeps.

Man I wish I had a mill with an Accurite in my garage! Luckily work is cool with you using any tools you want, on your own time. Now that I know how to load DXFs into the thing, and learned a TON about machinging this weekend, I see a lot more billet aluminum parts in my future. Haha.

Even though they are stupid little parts, I can't wait to see them back from anodizing. I'm also throwing in my new aluminum fairlead for the synthetic winch line too.

And my power bill is about to double...

Going to be starting on the bumpers real soon and I really don't feel like TIG welding the whole thing. My aluminum water pump spacers should be back from anodizing late this week or early next week.

The welder I used to do the whole engine swap was a Lincoln 175, the previous version of this welder. It belonged to a previous roomate. I loved it, never ran into anything I couldn't handle. Also, Lincoln is having a rebate promotion right now, perfect timing.
