Spent the weekend coating and installing the C4X4 bumper. No dirt test this weekend so the driveway shots will have to do.

    Damn that's sweet!

Giving me some ideas for my ZJ...

Is that the bumper, or some kinda textured paint/herc/bedliner?

Bedliner- 4 coats! I about killed myself and my family with the fumes!!! Just kidding. My wife is "reverse challenged" and the previous bumper sustained a few hits. I'm just being proactive.

The bumper looks sweet. What does the tire carrier look like on the back side?

Arnt ya worried about her pushing the spare into the hatch then. That the only thing I worry about putting a carrier on the back. I have several dinks in the bumper now from wheeling. Looks great though.

The spare sits above the bumper which will take out any trash cans, basketball goals or drive way litter she usually hits. As with anything, just the right hit in just the right spot may make a difference on the lift gate. But hey, the spare would cover a potential dent! To date she has taken out the passenger side tail light twice (large plastic trach can with hinged lid) and tore the OME rear bumper and pushed into the rear quarter once. Mostly mud and cornstocks here in Indiana where I use the GC for duck, deer and coyote hunting. I made sure the rocker rails/skid plates went on early and so far so good on my end as far as damage.
