ehh, we made them so they wont interfear with the subframe support thing from claytons kit

Can you post up the measurements for your uniframe reinforcement pillars?

Just want to know where on the uniframe rails the pillars can be welded to without conflicting with Clayton's. I plan on getting Clayton's eventually, but would like do cutouts before that and not worry about grinding out the pillars.

We cut out the C pillar on both sides, because now the rocker is the pillar for C...we used three 2x2 box steels..i forget the exact measurements offhand, I will get it for ya, as for clayton, we just welded it so it doesnt interfear with the bottom of the frame rail, we wil have to cut the bottom part of the plate off, but thta isnt a welded piece..so...yeah it shouldnt interfear...ill get measurements for ya in a bit

Possibly..it is a friend and I that do all of this, he is the main idea thinker and welder..but yeah..he has alot of projects and is in the middle of a move...so..possibly, but not right now

What was the size of the square tubing you used as the main rocker??

The top edge of the factory rocker (where you made the LONG cut horizontally), does that get welded to the square tubing?

I will be doing exactly this in a few weeks is why I am asking.

no we didnt weld to the top cut line..just all the pinch seam holes on the back, plus an extra 6 that we drilled

as for the doors..I dunno right now..Kinda busy

I agree, something should be done along that edge I would think.
