    Put a TB spacer in

    Put new Ujoints and regreased my Front DS and sand blasted and painted the main shaft

    u need to swap that front DS for one with u-joints.... get rid of that crappy cv joint

    Well..Ordered 2 RockCrusher diffgaurds from mad4wd on Jan.31..sent 2 emails to them wondering where they were...just got off the phone with them.. the 8.8 guard just got in the country and it will ship out in a few days but the damn dana 30 one isnt going to be in the country for another month..ARGH...Guess scince I got them for so cheap, I gotta wait..boo

    Started and almost finished the rear bumper today

    Took all zj bumper crap off


    The "No Bumper Look"


    Had to make a little modififications to el' sheet metal



    First corner being welded on


    Getting cut for angle


    End caps welded on


    Little bracketry action


    Weldage

    SEXAY


    Countless hours of sanding



    Done, but no tire carrier yet







    Gunna do some SLIGHT modifications to some things..other than that..just gunna do the tire carrier and paint..im thinkin another week hopefully and it will be done, for now..this is how it is..looks great, thanks josh, worked from 10 to 12..long day...awsomeeeeeeeeeee

    I like the bumper, too. I was over my buddy's garage last night and we were braintstorming rear bumper ideas. Not being aware of yours or chadjans design we came up with something very similar.

    What size of tubing is used on the bottom half of the bumper?

    I've used 2x4 lower portions and 5 inch channel upper portions all 3/16 wall.

    this friday we will be making a bumper..sort of like this


    I like that one..might make a few adjustments..so..friday and sat will consist of that and making the tire carrier
